Liz Sharp - Chairman of the Board & Co-Founder

Elizabeth A. Sharp currently serves as Vice President of Investor Relations for Smith & Wesson Holding Corporation, a post she has held since May 2005. Sharp, who is based in Arizona, is responsible for all investor relations functions including communications with shareholders, security analysts, the financial community and financial media.

She has amassed 20 years of experience in corporate communications and investor relations, including serving as Vice President of Corporate Relations for Three-Five Systems, Inc. (NYSE: TFS), a multi-national company providing a broad range of electronics manufacturing services. During Sharp's tenure, TFS expanded its operations to include several locations in the United States and Europe as well as in Malaysia, China, and the Philippines. At TFS, Sharp was responsible for investor relations, public relations, marketing communications, and media relations.

Sharp received her bachelor's degree and masters in business administration from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Chapter for the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI). She served on the Board of Directors for Arizona Animal Welfare League, Arizona’s oldest and largest no-kill animal shelter, for fifteen years, serving as past Board Chair, Co-Chair and Director.

Tammy Cozzi - Co-Founder

Tammy Cozzi is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with a career that includes some of the world’s most sizeable and highly regarded companies. She is a professional with excellent and diverse marketing skills that she has employed in a number of organizations to deliver success in sales, marketing, purchasing, and event management.

She began her career at Proctor & Gamble as a Field Sales Representative, before moving to Cargill, Inc., an international producer and marketer of food, agricultural, financial and industrial products and services, where she held a series of increasingly responsible positions that spanned both the purchasing and the sales functions. She later served as Western District Manager for Alcoa Recycling, the world’s leading producer of aluminum. She went on to become Marketing Specialist for PeopleScout, a provider of recruitment process outsourcing, prior to her most recent role as Event Planner for the Chicago Academy for the Arts.

Tammy attended the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater, WI where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. She also earned her Masters in Management from Antioch University in Seattle, WA.

Tammy shares her home with Cash, an adopted Labrador retriever mix. Tammy’s interests include animal rescue, yoga, hiking, entertaining and travel. Her volunteer work includes a number of board and committee level positions for the Anti-Cruelty Society of Chicago, PAWS Chicago, and the Gainey Ranch Community Association. Tammy previously sat on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Animal Welfare League and during her tenure Founded and Chaired "Tailwags & Handbags", a successful annual fund-raising event.

Tracyann Mains - Secretary & Co-Founder

Tracyann has always had a love for animals but was awakened to the need for responsible pet ownership when she was the Director of Pets911.  She has participated and co-founded fundraising events for animal adoption but her heart has always been for getting to the root of the problem – reducing the pet population through spay and neuter initiatives. Luckily for her, she found like-minded animal welfare veterans and SniffAZ was born!

With 20 years of experience in project management, marketing, business development, media and digital for both established and start-up companies; Tracyann has co-founded one company, two non-profit organizations and has owned a franchise. She is currently Senior Manager of Special Projects at Salesforce providing Project Management for an enterprise retail customer.

In her down time, she enjoys hiking, backpacking and RVing in the various landscapes of Arizona with her dog, Lola, and her husband, Derrick.  When not “ruffing” it, she will never turn down a glass of wine and good conversation!

Danielle D. Fuentes - Treasurer

Danielle Fuentes is a Tax Manager at CBIZ MHM, LLC, one of the nation's top providers of accounting, tax and advisory services. With locations in most major cities, CBIZ provides a depth of expertise designed to help clients strengthen their operations and deliver a wide array of solutions to help them achieve their goals. The Phoenix office in particular maintains a strong presence in the not-for-profit sector of attest and tax services. Danielle began her career in public accounting in January of 2009, and has since provided services to a client-base consisting of a variety of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, and professional services. Danielle specializes in tax return compliance and planning for partnerships and S-corporations, entities operating in multiple states, and high net-worth individuals. In addition to providing services to clients, she is also active in the firm's management and training of staff personnel.

Danielle earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy, as well as a Master's degree in Taxation, from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. She is currently a member of the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Aside from spending time with her husband, baby daughter, family and friends, Danielle also enjoys yoga, cooking and escaping to some of Arizona's beautiful lakes for some R&R.

Rebecca Katt - Director

Rebecca was raised on a Nebraska farm where she was surrounded by animals. Throughout her childhood she assumed the role of nurse: bottle feeding orphaned lambs, watching cattle being born, caring for a litter of puppies and providing physical therapy to her dog after a stroke.

Rebecca has been a nurse for 30 yrs, the last 15 in Phoenix. She is a Regulatory/Accreditation RN Consultant with HonorHealth. Prior positions include Director of Operations for Delmed Corp. in Pacific Palisades and Chief Operating Officer/Chief Nursing Officer for Vencor Hospitals in Tucson and Seattle.

She holds a Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Nebraska and a Diploma in Nursing from Methodist School of Nursing. She is a member of the Honor Society of Nursing- Sigma Theta Tau International. She is certified in critical care nursing, a Bio-Ethics Committee member, a CISM crisis team member, a disaster preparedness team member and is also an ISO 9001 Lead auditor.

Rebecca and Jon, a PGA teaching professional, enjoy spending time with their 4 children: Callie, a 14 yr old Min. Pin., Mully a 5 yr old Staffordshire Terrier mix and two 8 yr old kitties, Nickel and Penny, who were born on the farm in Nebraska. When not spoiling their kids, Rebecca and Jon enjoy traveling the country for golf tournaments, taking dance lessons and cheering on the Nebraska Cornhuskers and Kentucky Wildcats.

Shannon Katt - Director

Shannon is a Principal Consultant with PMA Consultants providing project management services in the construction industry. She specializes in construction scheduling and project risk assessment primarily for large projects in the Oil & Gas industry. Shannon has worked in heavy civil, commercial and industrial construction for more than 20 years. She holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Growing up on a farm in Nebraska instilled Shannon with a great love of animals. She has always had dogs as part of her family and considers them her children. She currently has two: Lucy, a yellow lab, and Coco, a shepherd mix both of whom are very spoiled and compete in dock jumping.

In addition to her work with SniffAZ, Shannon is also the treasurer of Arizona Dock Dogs, a non-profit club which focuses on training dock jumping, and helping owners enjoy spending time working with their dogs.

Shannon loves to travel the world and is lucky enough to do so as part of her job. In her down time enjoys golfing with her husband, drinking good wine, and watching football and hockey.

Joyce Lewis - Director

Joyce currently serves as Director of Clinical Operations for Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and is responsible for managing the daily operations for two naturopathic teaching clinics.  With more than 25 years of supply chain and logistics experience, she privately consults with Fortune 50-250 corporations in all aspects of Supply Chain Management and Operations Management, specifically in the areas of ERP system implementations, business process improvements, sales & operations planning, and demand/supply-related activities. Joyce also serves as Vice President of Business Development for the Sales & Operations Planning Institute and President of the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), Los Angeles Chapter.  She is an APICS Master Instructor for CPIM, CSCP and Instructor Training and an APICS Associate Instructor for Global Sourcing, Lean Enterprise, and Principles.  She has taught supply chain certification courses in 10 countries on 4 different continents, and is frequently invited to speak at professional association conferences and meetings.

Joyce received her bachelor’s degree in purchasing and logistics from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona and her master’s degree in Elementary Education from University of Phoenix. She holds APICS Certified Production & Inventory Control (CPIM), APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), and ISM Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) certifications and is a certified instructor for The Fresh Connection, a global supply chain simulation experience.

Joyce and her husband John share their home with Chuck, Norris, and Walker “Texas” Ranger, their four-legged rescues from local Maricopa County shelters, and Pogo, a cage-free yellow-naped Amazon parrot.  During their spare time, John and Joyce enjoy spending time with family and friends as well as relaxing at home with a good movie or cheering on the Denver Broncos.
